W3…… will meet on Wednesday 7th July at approx. 7.00pm in Tynemouth where we will meet and enjoy our end of year meal.
Following the success of the Historical walk last year, Margaret Gibson has prepared another walk covering a different area of Tynemouth. This walk is open to all interested parties and will start from Tynemouth Station on 4th August at 7:00pm
Our ‘garden gang’ will be meeting on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of each month, throughout the growing season, to keep on top of the garden.
If you have any time to spare please pop in to lend a hand AND there is always a welcome cup of coffee during the morning.
Even if the weather is not suitable to garden on the 6th please come along and have a cup of coffee, when we will take the opportunity to discuss our plans for the season.

The church gardens really are beautiful at the moment; as I sit in my office I am very conscious of how many people pass through the grounds and how many stop to look at the flowers. Furthermore, you would be surprised at how many come to sit on one of the seats to relax – particularly over the last week or so.
And so a very big Thank You to all those who help on the gardening days and at other times.As you read this please remember that anyone can help, even if it is just pushing a hoe.There are one or two bigger jobs to do at the moment such as cutting back some ivy along the wall and cutting the greenery opposite the roundabout.

Holy Saviour’s Wine Club –
The next tasting is July 2, 7.30pm in the Parish Hall. This evening will be Helen’s Summer Selection, with lots of fun and plenty to tickle your taste buds !!

Tynemouth Ladies Bridge Club meet in Holy Saviour’s Parish Centre on Tuesday evenings at 6.45pm, and new members would be very welcome. There has already been a little interest shown but we would love to hear from anyone else. For more information call Karen Davis (2574580)
