Holy Saviours has a thriving Guiding Organisation consisting of Rainbows, Brownies and Guides.

The Rainbows

The age group for Rainbows is 5 - 7 years of age and this is an introduction to guiding by preparing and moulding the girls for the day when they join the Brownie Pack.  Numbers are limited

The Brownies

The age group for Brownies is 7 - 10 The girls must be willing to make The Promise which states that she will do her best to do her duty to God, serve the Queen, help other people and keep the Brownie Guide Law.  A Brownie thinks of others before herself and does a good turn every day. 
Each pack is limited to 24

The Guides

The 11th Tynemouth Guide unit caters for girls aged between 10 and 15 years of age. The fundamental principles of the Association are Duty to God, Duty to Country and community, Service to others and to keep the Guide Laws. These laws include self discipline, and respect for all living things.

Emphasis is placed on self-programming in small groups called patrols.  Each girl also meets individual challenges covering a wide variety of subjects.  All training and activities keep to one important maxim that "Guiding is fun"
